So, here’s where I stand for the 2008 year without the advantage of Search Engine Optimization, Keywords, or Social Promotion. Keep in mind that I only had two articles from June until October. I did not actively start writing for eHow until the end of November:

So far for 2009, my writing has been zero for eHow, and I’ve written four articles for Associated Content which have earned me the following upfront payments:
I know, this is chump change. But, I have a plan for 2009. The plan is to reach $1000 per month by June and $2000 per month by December. This can be done; I’ve seen it happen – I’ve just not seen it happen so soon…
For now, what I have to do is study. I am in the process of learning about SEO, Keyword, Google Adwords, & Social Promotion Techniques. Once I feel that I have a good enough grasp of these techniques I will go back and tweak my articles. I will make updates to this blog to document my progress.
My ULTIMATE GOAL is to be able to have my writing (web content production) support me through law school, and to be able to NEVER HAVE TO WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS I CHOOSE TO DO SO!
