My lone eHow article sat from June to November.    I hadn’t put any effort into promoting and monetizing the article because I had no knowledge of such things.  I noticed that Demand Media, eHow’s parent company, had been depositing money into my Paypal, approx $28, account so I decided to take a second look at the writer’s compensation program offered by eHow.

 

When I completed my eHow investigation, I found that writers were making an entire living writng for them – if they could do it, so too could I.  I stole a little time to write for eHow at the end of November and a couple of days in December. But, I still didn’t incorporate Search Engine Optimization, Keywords, Google Adwords, or Social Promotion because I knew that I could go back later to “tweak” my articles once I learned the ropes. This is where I am now, in the process of learning the ropes in order to go back and optimize my articles for maximum earning potential.
